  • Thin Film Transistor Liquid Crystal Display (TFT LCD) known as Active-Matrix LCD presents images by independently controlling a pixel having each operating transistor.
 
Principle
  • TFT LCD controls the transmission of light through twist and untwist of liquid crystals as voltage is applied, and the three primary colors of light : Red, Green, and Blue, embedded on a color filtered glass depicts colors and images of display.
